The Delhi Chief Minister Mr.Kejriwal finally sent apology letter to the Union Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley for ending the defamation litigation. Mr.Arun Jaitley initiated civil and criminal proceedings alleging Mr.Kejriwal made defamatory allegations of corruption against him in connection with the administration of Delhi and District Cricket Association. Later on, Mr.Jaitley has initiated prosecution against Mr.Kejriwal and his party members. The Trial has already started. Mr.Kejriwal has engaged Mr.Ram Jethmalani as his counsel to defend his case. Mr.Jethmalani cross examined Mr.Jaitley and during his cross examination Mr.Jethmalani has suggested that Mr.Jaitley is a crook, which resulted in claim of compensation of Rs.10 Crores by Mr.Jaitley. In the midst of circumstances, Mr.Kejriwal and his party colleagues withdrawn their allegations made against Mr.Jaitley and requested Mr.Jaitley to withdraw the proceedings.
