Delhi HC stays the preliminary order of BCI against Senior Counsel Dushyant Dave

Judge Loya’s suspicious death resulted in various issues in the Supreme Court corridor. The Supreme Court also hears the matter relating to Judge Loya’s death. Senior Counsel Dushyant Dave argued for independent investigation in the matter of Judge Loya’s and he is openly accusing the BJP National President Amit Shah as he might have been involved in Judge Loya’s death. Senior Counsel Dushyan Dave has also made so many comments against Senior Counsel Harish Salve and others on the ground of conflict of Interest. Senior Counsel Harish Salve is appearing for Maharastra Government in the Judge Loya matter. Later on, the Bar Council of India issued a notice of initiation of proceedings against Senior Counsel Dushyant Dave as he has made several comments inside and outside of the Supreme Court, which are defamatory in nature. BCI also prima facie found that Mr.Dave is guilty of professional misconduct.

The Above order has been challenged by Mr.Dave before the High Court of Delhi and the Delhi High Court stayed the order of BCI.
