Today, the Bar Council of India constitutes a committee for finding out the truth in Kathua Bar association agitations. The committee headed by the retired High Court Justice Tarun Agarwal and other members are Mr.S.Prabakaran, Mr.Rameshchandra G.Shah, MD.Razia Beig and Mr.Naresh Dixit. The committee will visit Kathua and other places and enquire the parties concerned and place its report before the General body of BCI. The BCI further directed the Bar Associations to call off the strike/boycott and to resume court work from tomorrow.
