The Supreme Court has referred the question of jurisdiction of Indian Court in entertaining application under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for challenging the Award passed in International Commercial Arbitration. The Court has referred various decisions of Supreme Court and referred the matter to Larger Bench.
