WHO WE ARE
Law Dharma is founded by Mr.Suresh Krishnacheshan for creating legal awareness and to present analysis in all legal issues as far as possible. Further, the main objective of LAWDHARMA is to deliver the legal news, which are important even for a common man. Law Dharma will update every important legal news, judgments and other updates. Law Dharma is founded for providing Legal Aid to the needy persons.
The founder Mr.Suresh Krishnacheshan, is a Practicing Advocate. He has been enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2008. Even prior to his enrolment as an Advocate, he had been in the legal field for 6 years. Apart from the Law Graduation, the Founder is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Post Graduate in MBA. Academically, he got several certifications from National Certifications on Financial Markets (NCFM).
He appears and handles cases before Supreme Court, High Courts at Chennai and Madurai and Mofussil Courts through out Tamil Nadu, India. He appeared in several important litigations. He filed writ petitions before the High Court of Madras challenging the Government Order passed by the State of Tamil Nadu regarding NEET examination and succeeded.
The Founder is an ambitious Lawyer bringing extensive experience in a wide variety of disciplines, with emphasis in Civil Law and Property issues. Handling issues with reference to SARFEASI Act & other debt laws, enforcement of Hypothecation agreements and Corporate issues. As a Lawyer equipped with excellent persuasion techniques, communicate with clients clearly, effectively and develop lasting professional relationships. Law Dharma, has a dedicated team of lawyers, with an extensive background in litigation and legal research, expertise in case analysis, strategic planning and negotiations.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Law Dharma has a long history of providing free legal advice, conducting litigation before the court of Law on behalf of low income group individuals. Law Dharma consciously knows that the earning from the society will be reverted again to the society, which is an essential ingredient of Dharma. So, we always ready and take up cases on behalf of the needy persons. Social Responsibility should commence from our inner consciousness, which Law Dharma possesses by default.
PURPOSE
We strongly believe in knowledge empowerment and Law Dharma wants to provide a platform not only for lawyers, but also for all types of learners in the field of Law in knowledge expansion. Knowledge Expansion and Educate everybody in the field of Law is our ultimate motto.
